The steps for sending balance from one airtel mobile to another, is given below. This is really simple trick:

1. First of all, Dial *141# from your mobile phone. (The phone from which you like to transfer balance).
2. Now you will get a new message displaying various Options.
3. Reply with option no. 1 that is 'Share Talktime'
4. Now follow on screen instructions and that's all.
5. You have successfully transferred balance from one Airtel Mobile phone to another.
